Grilled Corn
Corn on the cob is a perfect companion to any outdoor cooking. There are several ways to cook this wonderful dish. Here is my favorite.
Peel husk off the corn and remove silk (unless you like built in dental floss). Rub with butter, salt and a dash of pepper. Wrap in foil and cook on a medium high grill for about 20 minutes turning frequently. Let sit for 5 more minutes, then serve. You need not add anything else at the table.
