Grilled Chicken

Grilling Chicken is an excellent place to show off the complex flavors of Dr. Dan's BBQ Sauce. Most people have problems with their chicken being dry and flavorless. Here are two secrets. First. Soak your chicken in a marinade or Brine solution. The marinade will add flavor and moisture as long as it has salt, vinegar, and sugars in it. Dr. Dan is currently researching the perfect blend of flavors to bring to you the Best marinade possible. As his research progresses, He will keep you posted. A simple Brining solution will work wonders with little effort. Soak your chicken parts in the brining solution for at least one hour, over night is preferable. Then grill until done, NOT overdone. For best results, use a meat thermometer to be sure cooking until the Chicken parts are at 165.

Brining Solution
